Italian style cafe/wine bar in bustling CBD

We need a logo design for a new cafe/wine bar that we are about to open called 'Sotto'. It will have a complete Italian feel representing home made italian cooking, home to fantastic coffee and great customer service. We would like the logo to be classic but warm to go with the dark timber bench/table tops and cream flooring.
