Reach Logo's

Esto es lo que REACH Across the Desk and REACH Out buscaba en su logo design

I need two logos designed that would be similar to an existing one. These are extensions of a sales program called REACH. The logos would be "REACH across the desk" and this is meant to inspire hotel guest service reps to have dialog with our hotel guests to ask them for information about more potential business. The second part is called "REACH Out" and that would be to inspire hotel staff to send leads for sales opportunities to other hotels in our brand.
