We wish to sell gourmet seafood kits comprising pre-prepared ingredients enabling the home cook to create traditional gourmet seafood dishes with a minimum of effort. The kits shall be used in conjunction with sustainably sourced seafood which we also intend to sell. The aim is to provide the smaller fisherman with direct access to the retail market for his premium product with the seafood kits designed to cater for the variance in catch (fish / seafood caught) and seasonal variance. We effectively intend to provide a "Fairtrade" version for the fishing industry.

It shall be noted that we own a southern rock lobster and scale fishing licence in Tasmania, Australia.
