Logo Design Project for Leadership Consulting

Logo Requirements
===============
The name of the company is Marshall Leadership Consulting. I would like all three words in the logo. I would prefer NOT to be known as MLC. If there is a word or words to be emphasized, it should be "Marshall" or "Marshall Leadership".

Here is the current draft of my website http://adsli.com/demo/marshall/. The logo should fit with the color and feel of the site.

Words to describe the logo
====================
Dignified, trustworthy, solid, educated, expensive, understated, somewhat formal.
"You can know that you may pay extra with this company, but they will deliver."
(In brief, I want to look credible to CEOs, heads of HR, and senior civil servants.)

Likes for the logo

1. If two lines are going to be used, e.g., "Marshall" on top line and "Leadership Consulting" below, I would like the width of each line to be the same. That may mean using extra spacing between the letterin… Leer más
