Logo Design for Australian Bike Team

Esto es lo que The Aussies, Race Across America 2014 buscaba en su logo design

We are a team of 8 Australians who have qualified to compete in a cycling race called 'RAAM' which stands for Race Across America. It's a race that starts on the west coast of the US and finishes on the east coast; non stop, 24/7, 5,500km's...

As such we have called ourselves 'The Aussies' i.e. when they announce us during the 7 day race they will be able say, "and here come The Aussies"... You get the idea...

The logo will be used on our cycling kit, t-shirts, social media sites, media coverage etc. the idea is that we have the year '2014' built into the logo as well. It should be something 'clean', easy to embroider and screen print. Nothing to cliche but obviously we are keen to identify that we are representing Australia.

The below link is for the event web site - this will also feature on some of the clothing etc so it shouldn't 'clash' horribly.
