Logo for Family Law Firm

We are an upscale family law firm that provides legal services in Chicago, Illinois, USA. We need a classy, upscale logo design that can be used on letterhead, business cards, email signatures, and the website. We do not want anything cutesy or cheesey. We like small caps font and judicuous use of the colors dark crimson and gold. To learn about the firm, see http://thewittlawfirm.com. We built the website ourselves using Wordpress and are not happy with the design (we are not designers). So, will need a website redesign in the future.

The attorney, Tanya Witt, is a graduate of Harvard Law School and we would like to use the Harvard crimson color in the logo. We want an elegant logo as we handle litigation on important and serious issues. Ms. Witt is a warm, compassionate attorney so we do not want it to be overly conservative and stiff.

We would like two versions of the logo:
(1) Just the text "The Witt Law Firm, P.C.", and
