This will help sales people and business owners to manage all their clients post sales needs, for example: Managing Birthday reminders, Purchase of Gifts, Cards and such, SMS and sending out formal letters. One stop site that will build rapport and reputation for the sales people and business owners. It becomes their personal secretary to carry out these duties for them in a few clicks.
