Now Onboard

We need a new logo for our company, which is called Now Onboard. We develop ships and lease space onboard to retailers so that they can sell their products to customers on small islands. The logo should have bright, island colors (i.e. blues, oranges, yellows) but nothing garish or clashing. Graphically, it should consist of a differentiable (separate) symbol and text. The symbol should be stand-alone and memorable and depict connecting or bringing islands together (however abstractly). No animals, waves, nautical symbols or anything too literal. The final design should communicate optimism and growth.
