This new logo is for the "Prime Mover Project," which has the vision of creating an international social map around the Blues. The project will evolve into an online, print and community that tracks, supports and educates about the Blues Diaspora. The origin of the "Prime Mover Project" name was a quote by Rory Gallagher, an Irish guitarist who offered an organic and innovative view of the Blues as music first and social commentary second. In his view, musicians who wanted to play authentic Blues first had to feel the music, -then dedicate themselves to learning from "prime movers," those who helped shaped the music form. The logo should reflect that feeling, be clean, resize well and be adaptable across several properties. Later adaptations will involve, eg. Twitter logos, favicon, etc. Leer más
