New consultancy in need of logo

Esto es lo que BCGCrossroads (spacing and capitalization are not set in stone... we simply want to be sure to get the word crossroads along with the letters b,c and g) buscaba en su logo design

We are three individuals who are in the process of forming a consulting company. Our consulting services include strategic planning, organizational design and change management, business process analysis, strategic financial modeling and general research. Our target clients will be organizations that are mission-driven but also find themselves at an important crossroads in their own development (hence our name). Examples include higher education institutions, human-development-focused non-profits, and for-profit firms with a deep sense of public responsibility. Such organizations are generally mid-sized, with enough of a critical mass of resources to warrant our suite of consulting services, but not so large that the roles we would play would be handled internally.

The letters B,C and G correspond to the last names of the three principals - a 65-year old African-American man, a 60-year old caucasian man, and a 39-year old whippersnapper. :)
