Flat fee MLS real estate service needs new logo

We are a real estate brokerage that provides private sellers (for sale by owner) with the ability to post their property listing on the local Multiple Listing Service system (MLS®). In real estate lingo, this process, or listing type is referred to as a 'mere posting', hence the company name 'Merely Posted'. Our web address is merelyposted.com

A couple things that may help in understanding the message we need to convey.

1. There are no upfront listing fees unlike our competition
2. We are inexpensive compared to our competition
3. We allow sellers to manage their listing, as though they were the real estate agent
