Small arts production/Management Company needs a new quirky logo

I've started a small production company, at this stage I'm only managing the musicians and their staging requirements, but hope to grow to full event management.

I've been using a logo (attached) but not overly fussed on it. I like the colouring and that its a bit left of field & quirky.

I would like the logo to have the text and graphic separate so the graphic can be used as a stand alone image.

The graphic needs to different / quirky / left of field / I want the graphic to be something people need to have a second look at.

The other part of the company is Artist management.
Opera singers to Big bands.

People have commented that the current logo is very me.
Also like that it works well in B&W
