Logo design for a crowdsourcing platform

We need a logo for a crowdsourcing platform. The logo should be simple and elegant, and suitable for a favicon to be used in browsers and mobile apps. A good design may resemble the Chinese character for "crowd", ? (please see http://characters.cultural-china.com/145.html for a reference).

I've seen some submissions, which is simply the simplified Chinese character of ? (crowd). We want more graphic style, like the old pictographic characters shown in provided files. The meaning of the pictographic character, as the reference explains, is "three people working under the sun". Leer más
