Corporate Logo required for new online Advisory Board resource centre

We require a logo to be produced for a new venture: Advisory Boards NZ (either upper or lower case wording is fine-up to the designer). The logo needs to be ready to use on all online and offline marketing material.

Advisory Boards NZ provides information, resources and workshops to businesses looking to establish an Advisory Board for additional advice, guidance, support and advocacy. Generally, an Advisory Boards helps fill the skills, expertise and knowledge gaps a business may have.

We currently have two other sides to the business so the logo needs to compliment our existing branding (Please see the attached copies of our two current logos). We're looking for a horizontal logo with two elements- the name Advisory Boards NZ and some kind of circular graphic. The graphic will need to be able to be used independently from the wording.
