Esto es lo que ilookproperty buscaba en su logo design

I am looking for a logo design for my business located in Australia. It is a real estate company and the services we provide is selling houses and property management (we look after owners investment properties).

Preferences for what i am looking for:
- I'm not really looking for a logo with the shape or part of a house as this has been overdone
- I am looking for a contemporary/modern design
- I am aiming to market the business to the higher end market
- The business name is "ilookproperty" (like ipad/iphone etc)
- website address will be www.ilookproperty.com.au
- Looking for strong colours that invoke confidence and trust (definaly want to stear clear from overly bright/trying too hard combinations
