The first official CrossFit box in Bosnia and Herzegovina needs help with their Logo

I am a born Bosnian but lived in Australia for the past 17 years. I have now returned to my city of birth, Sarajevo, with my girlfriend to open the first official CrossFit box in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Because of the relatively recent war in Bosnia, one has to be very careful when deciding on logos, symbols or any other marketing product as they can easily be politically or religiously manipulated. For that reason, we have decided to use a caricature of Vucko, the much-loved mascot of the 1984 Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo, in our logo.

Our vision for the logo is for a Vucko lookalike to be doing some form of CrossFit activity, for example a heavy overhead squat or working with a kettlebell. Although we would like to keep Vucko's overall look so that people of Sarajevo and the entire region can recognise him, we would like him to be much stronger and healthier-looking than in his original form (see images attached).
