Corporate Logo/Community Logo Update

Esto es lo que CiminoCare buscaba en su logo design

We are in the senior care industry for over 30 years w/ roots from Italy (florence Italy to be exact, hence the fleur which is part of the historical city representation). The Corporate Logo is CiminoCare and each community has it's own individual name tying into the parent logo. (visit CiminoCare.com) We would like to update/refresh the look of the logo and community logos/fonts. We are open to reinvisioning the layout, colors, etc. Most use of the logo will be on digital platforms but some of the usage will be on signage. Needs to be easy to read and not too modern looking.
