A logo incorporating Nobbys lighthouse -- with artistic license.

I want a logo for use as a letter head, blog and business cards.

The firm is called 'Signal Macro' which is partly inspired by where I live (near Nobbys lighthouse) and partly inspired by the idea of separating the *signal* from the noise. The image of a lighthouse as a beacon leading people to safety is a fit.

The winning logo would have a larger form for use as a letter head or background on the splash page of a blog and a shrunk down (simplified) form that can be used as a site icon (the picture in a browser tab).

The logo should be mostly black & white (or work in a black and white version).

I've attached some pictures of Nobbys lighthouse. I think the lighthouse is a bit too small, and needs some artistic license. I like the drama of the rough granite platform under the beacon and want a granite stack under the lighthouse that's approx. in proportion so that it's recognisable as nobbys. Leer más
