Looking for a logo design for a news and politics morning radio show based in Portland Maine. The show airs on Newsradio WGAN, FM 98.5 and AM 560 every weekday from 6 am to 9 am. The name of the show is "WGAN Morning News with Matt Gagnon."

The host is politically conservative / libertarian, and the focus is on state (Maine) and national politics, and covers a lot of ground from local government to the White House, Congress, the Supreme Court and even international affairs. That said, it is a local Maine show, and its character is local.

I want the design to be clean, modern, smart and thoughtfully constructed. I want it to be somewhat spartan (i.e. not cluttered up with a ton of graphical junk and a million words.
