I currently am selling French Macarons at 2 cafes in the Seattle area and would like to open up my own retail business. French Macarons are a delicate pastries that is made with almond flour and meringue and comes in a variety of flavors. The cookies are then sandwiched and filled with buttercream, chocolate ganache, jams or custards. Some popular flavors Lavendar, Green Tea, Pistachio and Raspberry. I am looking for a stong brand, easily identifiable. I like a logo that clean, feminine, chic. The product overall is a luxury item similar to fine chocolates. I feel that the logo is one of the most important aspects of a business, this is how people identify you and relate to you initially. I would like to establish a memorable brand since no one really NEEDS macarons but a luxury treat for themselves. I would like to see more pastel colors similar to the cookies, lavendar, rose, or light blues work...I am not opposed to rich luxurious colors. For inspiration I would say a … Leer más
