"The Substance" is a newsletter that sits on a website. "The Substance" is a newsletter which has content that focusses on health promotion and the health and human rights of people who use drugs.

The substance should roughly relate to the logo of the AIVL (image attached for reference) , though should not use the same font, as there will be an updating of this logo over the next 12 months.
