Logo design for an organization rebranding itself

I need help designing a logo for a weight loss company called Keep it Off. We are rebranding from the "Hernried Center" to this new brand. You can see our existing brand at www.keepitoff.com. We are aiming to make our brand feel more youthful, energetic and less focused on a single "center / physical building" location.
