A golf lounge & sports bar needs a logo design.

We need a logo design for a new business in Minnesota called, 'Birdies Golf Lounge & Sports Bar.' We have 3 golf simulator systems along with a small sports bar and restaurant, all of which are open to the public. We do intend to use the logo on golf shirts, hats, and other merchandise which is why we think we might prefer something with fewer colors. We are looking for a logo that is clean, stylish, and elegant. Think of a logo that a golf course might have. I’ve attached a file with a few sketches. We'd like to see designs based on the middle sketch.
