Magnolia Lakes New Home Community Logo

Esto es lo que M L or Magnolia Lakes buscaba en su logo design

We need a logo for a new home community called MAGNOLIA LAKES. It can be abstract with ML or simply written out as Magnolia Lakes.
The target audience are new home shoppers.
The community is in North Texas.
Though we are open to a color logo, it will also need to look good in black and be legible on a street sign or at the entrance of the community.
