KHIT is the new name of our company, so we need a new logo

We need a logo design for a Company based in the German Part of Switzerland. We are changing the name of the Company from (old) H. Kündig-Styger & Co. AG to (new) KHIT AG. Here an explanations for what the 4 letters of the new name stand for:
K= Kündig (our family name)
H = Handel (english trade)
I = Immobilen (english property)
T = Transaktionen (engslish transactions)

The 2 Letters in the end "AG" are standing for Aktiengesellschaft (englisch joint stock company). Many Companies in Switzerland have this ending, so it's not so important for the Logo. Depending of the design it may ore may not be part of it.

So the logo can represent our trade with property ore just trade of any kind. If possible i love a movement in the logo that shows something going up (like for example a line which points up).
