Creating a logo for an corporate learning startup

Alltius (http://alltius.ai) is a SaaS company that focuses on corporate learning. We want to make corporate learning effective, relevant and fun. We believe that the human brain is most underutilized natural resource, and our philosophy is to transform human capital so that every working adult can truly achieve their potential.

We are trying to create a brand that is edgy, cool, and inclusive. Since 50% of our learners will be women, we want to appeal more to them. I would like a logo that is bold and displays a sense of ascension. Types of fonts I prefer are Helvetica.

Don't think too much about the corporate part. You should think more consumer. Think of a fun, cool learning experience you had and make something that relates to you as a person. The logo should connect to people at an individual level. Think of Apple instead of Dell. Also the gray/blue/black theme does not work.
