Business Coach & Trainer for Team Work and Leadership needs an eye-catching logo design

I need a logo for my new job as a freelance Business Coach and Trainer.
My key focus are Teams (their building, development, conflicts) as well as Leadership that makes teams grow, solve conflicts and challenges on their own to be successful!

My target group are managers and leaders in technology companies (producing companies, e.g. in the automotive industry, machine building industry) - so, rather structured, well-organized (engineer-like) people.

To act and be seen in a modern, innovative way is very important for me. I like to focus on mindset and tools in today's working environment - embracing "agile" and "new work" methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, OKR, virtual teams, remote work as well as on-site).

Here are some hints about myself (maybe that helps in winning my heart with your design ;-)):
I believe in diverse and interdisciplinary teams - would be great to see that also in the logo (e.g. by different colors or shapes).
