refresh of existing logo

We would like our (old) existing logo updated and refreshed. We also would like to have an animated version for job ads. We are a technology firm in Atlanta, Ga and provide managed IT services for both public and private entities. We want to keep the color story of red, black, white and perhaps bring in some blue.
