Family Owned Persian food company needs a Logo design

We are looking for a creative yet simple logo design for a Southern California based food company.
The most important factors that need to be highlighted in the logo are that the business is female led, authentic, creative, and of high quality.
We will be selling reimagined traditional Iranian condiments for a national audience.
Our flagship product is a popular Iranian relish called "Torshi Liteh" made of a deep green medley of vegetables, herbs, and spices. Torshi is typically served with rice, khoresht (Persian stew), and kebobs.

here are some elements that will inform the design:
- the founder and the product are Iranian
- Her astrological sign is Aquarius.
we want the logo to be inspired by the her sign.
- "Maman" means mother in Persian/Farsi the font of which will mimic the symbol for Aquarius
- want the design to be reminiscent of a minimalist version of Persian beauty/art
