Logo for military-themed lifestyle apparel brand

Our brand is looking for a logo to fit our clothing brand.
It's an airsoft-inspired clothing brand for all lifestyle applications (gym, hiking, going to grab a beer with your friends).
We're inspired by brands such as One7Six, Forward Observations Group, Sunsetgoons, Afraid Of The Dark.
We're going to use the logo on t-shirts, hoodies, caps and other clothing accessories. So, the logo will need to work at all sizes. The final design should communicate an 'operator' lifestyle.

Idea for the character's head for the logo is now attached as a JPG.
