We are a beverage cafe opening in Bali, Indonesia. We will sell Slushy drinks which is a beverage made of crushed ice and syrup made famous by 7 Eleven convenience stores' own "Slurpees". Our concept is to make Slushies more artisanal by adding beautiful garnishes to our large range of non-alcoholic Slushies and alcoholic Slushies. We will also add gelato, and sorbets on top of some of our signature Slushies. We also intend to add small jelly shots (half the size of a ping pong ball a the very top of our slushy.
