WhyUz logo: marketing platform to help companies to explain why somebody should buy them (why us?)

The need is to create a logo and other brand identity materials you may suggest as needed to launch a new internet company (WhyUz.com).
The objective of WhyUz is to help companies to create marketing materials to help the customers to decide why should they buy their products / services.
What we are asking is mainly a logo, but based on your experience, anything else that could be absolutely needed for to initiate this project (for instance reference colors, styles, etc...).
We are looking for something simple and easy to be recognized.
