High voltage contractor needs Logo redesign

I am a high-voltage electrical contractor; we work for a power company.

I would like a small change in my logo. Use my logo but change the lightning bolt used in my uploaded logo with the lightning bolt example attached to replace it in the circle. I would also like a stand-alone brand. to resemble the middle of the logo.
