They work with Private Equity groups and need to present as polished and trusted. The team is all men and mostly works with men, so it can lean masculine - however...the women are coming...so no swords or sports-looking stuff. Our brand is modern - we take industrial parts of our equipment and treat them as art. We like something a bit unconventional and not like anything else in the marketplace.
