sailboat name logo "TACOS"

Esto es lo que TACOS buscaba en su logo design

For a 45' sailboat named 'TACOS'. Here's how that happened. Wanted to name the boat something I like but needed the name on the spot so didnt have time to think about it. My 8 year old niece blurted out 'tacos', so I jokingly said "who doesnt want to hang on a boat called 'tacos', it probably has a margarita machine". Anyway, the name stuck and now I need a logo. First I thought cartoon taco caricature / stick figure taco and then was thinking "TACOS" spelled out like in letters the style ZORRO - see https://www.zorro.com/ uses. The first option is fun but leaning towards the meaner looking second one but hoping some creative people might come up with something cool. For some reason I like the idea of the sail being red and 'Tacos' being black for the second version I mentioned (like zorro font). This is to go on the sail and maybe inside stuff such as towels. Could also just be the 'T' in 'Tacos'.
