Logo for Sidewalk District - revolutionizing shopping for local independent retailers

We need a logo design for a new Atlanta start-up called the Sidewalk District. We are connecting users with local independent retailers through real time inventory updates in the cloud. As a practical matter this means that consumers no longer have to physically be in store to peruse or make a purchase from their favorite local independent store, they can browse and shop anytime anywhere from their phone, laptop or tablet. We giving local independents the tools and the platform to compete with and thrive among the behemoths of the world (Wal-Mart, et al). Many of our end users on the consumer side will be female, as most online shoppers are, but we would like to see designs that use colors that are gender neutral.
