Sleek and Modern Financial Services Logo

Esto es lo que LeX (this is the short logo) LeX-Wealth (this is the full logo) buscaba en su logo design

I have a logo already but would like it to be improved (using a similar style with the exact same colours) and have social media pages that are sleek and modern looking.

We provide financial planning services and offer a modern and digital approach to helping clients. The company is called LeX-Wealth and so we need a logo that says LeX-Wealth but also LeX which will be used on our paperwork.

I have attached the existing logo that I have already which is good but I feel it could be improved as it seems a bit bland (but I do like the modern style). I would also like exactly the same colours to be used but the shading needs adjusting slightly as I would like the very top right of the "X" to be the brightest part and the bottom left of the "L" to be the darkest with it progressively getting lighter throughout (diagonally). At the moment it seems to go a bit darker on the "E" and bottom of the "X" which is not quite right.
