HR Tech Startup needs a new logo after selling previous domain name

Why Logo is Needed:
We have just had our previous domain name brought (Welfound) and renamed ourselves mahired.
Attached is the previous logo as well as our brand manual to give an idea of the company colours and personality. We used the person icon for the ‘o’ in the logo as our company icon.

About Company:
Mahired is job-matching platform that leverages the power of referrals to reach the right hire.
Companies can advertise their roles on our platform and tap into a community of candidates who are ready to refer to jobs they are matched with. Successful referrals result in referral bonuses and charity donations. We are expelling the smoke and mirrors of the recruitment industry putting the focus on people rather than the profits of the process.
Mahired = ‘mahi’ + ‘hired’. Mahi is Maori for work (Our initial users will be Kiwis & Aussies in London)
