I’m launching a new YouTube channel and would like help with the logo design and banners

The target audience are US based small business owners, founders, entrepreneurs, and operations managers - mostly in the 25-40 age range.

We hired someone before, but they did not capture the late 80s/early 90s style we're looking for. We want the brand to be a little campy/nostalgic, high energy, and fun. The topics will be business operations, digital operations, automation, business strategy, and management. Inspirations include Contrarian Investing, My First Million, and Process Driven.

As a youtube channel it will include the following formats:
- 1 minute business lessons
- ClickUp Templates + walkthroughs
- Automation Templates + walkthroughs
- Business Operations Roundtables
