Mid Century Modern Logo for Real Estate

We would like a logo and type as follows:
NO BUILDINGS IN THE LOGO!
MidCentury Modern Design with a contemporary feel
Must be sophisticated, not too cartoony
Must have a clear black and white relief
Iconic, easily recognizable
Colors - dark turquoise and green and dark charcoal (open to others if you are inspired)
Spark can be separated from real estate
Need a version identical with "Commercial" as well
Needs to work for print and physical real estate signs so must be very readable
Open to a MidCentury script for "Spark" so long as the balance offsets Leer más
