"You Can Do It!" Logo for Business Continuity Resilience SaaS Application

Hello. We need a logo design for an existing SaaS software system.
The product is the Ganbatte! BC System™. It is an online application that businesses use to do business continuity planning. It's sort of like doing cyber security, but for business processes instead of technology.
"Ganbatte!" is a Japanese term that means "Keep going!", "Stick with it!", "Go team!", or "You can do it!" We thought it was a good term for businesses that are using our tool to be more resilient in the fact of adverse circumstances.
We are hoping for a logo that might express some of these ideas, along with "engaging", "kanban", and/or "resilient"
