- act as IT interim manager/director (under COMEX / CEO / CIO directives)
- federate and empower IT teams towards global and strategic business objectives
- design rich and elegant IT solutions to serve our clients
- recruit the best talent to help our company to release on time their project

Our 3 values:

- Respect (meaning humble, open minded, listening, tolerant, ...)

We want to be able to show our high Tech skills but our communication/federation skills as well.

We want to impress our customer with the best possible results whatever we need to work on a technical project, lead a product engineering team, facilitate meetings, or find workarounds towards existing constraints within the organization.
In one word we want to impact, leading us to call the company 1pact-it (in french 1 is pronounced "un" that is quite like "in" in English)
