Recreate / redraw Existing Logo!

I have an existing logo in .bmp format, and a scanned copy as a .jpg It was created a number of years ago and needs updating.

I need to re-create that logo in a better, cleaner format so it can be used in print, online - and also screen printed onto the side of a big trailer (i.e. large size).

Please sharpen up the logo (but don't change the design), maybe soften the edges, and provide a copy in .jpg format that I can use for printing / designing / website etc, and a .eps format that can be used to print large scale.

This is URGENT - Quick turnaround required.
