"Pre Delivery Solutions" is an "aftercare/Car Care/ Accessory" sales service for the Motor industry, offering an over the phone sales service for dealerships while ensuring exceptional customer service and experience for the dealerships clients.
Pre delivery Solutions contacts the end users of new and used vehicles from the dealership to ensure their vehicles are tailored to suit their lifestyle prior to collection.
As a business we service two clients - both the dealership itself and also the end user hence we operate with 2 goals 1) to optimise dealer revenue, and 2) to ensure the end user is happy, educated and their car is going to suit their needs in regards to vehicle protection and accessories.
We also offer dealer training, sale day and relief employment solutions.
Open to all ideas for a logo, but must link to the motor industry and be relevant for both the dealership and the end user.
