We offer online strength and conditioning programs for athletes. Our name, S5, signifies the 5 S's of strength and conditioning:
1. Strength
2. Speed
3. Stamina
4.Skill
5. Suppleness
Athletes upload videos of them performing specific exercises that have been sent to them. They record themselves on a 20 second video performing those exercises and we have professional netball players critiquing the video and providing advice and further exercises to help them improve. Leer más
