Sales Convention Logo - "Rockwood Revolution"

We need a logo for a BIG launch event we are having later this year. We are a sales organization and want to inspire our sales people to embrace the change that this launch will signify. This logo will be used in presentations, videos and in print material (will require vector files).

Things "Revolution" is to us: a positive change, a big improvement, an empowerment, a partnership, a bright future.

Things "Revolution" is NOT: anger or defiance. Please no raised fists - nothing political in nature. No negativity.

Logo is attached for reference only. Design may include elements of the logo (i.e. leafs), but this is NOT required.
