We recently launched a new internal program titled the "Leadership Exchange" or LEX for short. The meeting is meant to bring the top leaders from across our business to focus on what's most important at that time and place. We would like to see designs that pull in our brand colors along with being modern and clean. The program is designed to bring people together to drive stronger connections, change leadership readiness in an effort to help prepare our leaders to activate on our organizational strategic plan.
