We are going to sell primarily via the internet which will give us a great advantage on pricing. Our customers come from the Upper Midwest and the Gulf South. Manufactured homes (mobile homes) are the least costly entry to the home ownership market and is the true definition of affordable housing for a significant percentage of Americans.
