Local Ventures needs new logo created from revisions to logo already within company

Local Ventures owns and operates businesses that help investors purchase and make money with short term rentals. We own a real estate firm, a development company, and a furniture company. I need the real estate logo reworked to make a logo for our main company local ventures. Specifically, I want the logo and colors to remain the same except what is inside the "O". I want what is inside the "O" to be reworked to represent LOCAL Ventures. It needs to include the letter "V" or something that represent stability & growth like a tree or similar object. The font is Work Sans Thin or Extra Thin.
