I'm starting a radio show called "Innovation Navigation" on the Wharton Business Radio Network. The focus of the show is how to manage innovation. Its target audience is middle and upper managers. I'd like a playful but dignified logo that communicates that the show will help listeners navigate the difficult path to innovation success.

I want it to be instantly clear that this radio show will help someone chart a path to a new, wonderful destination. There are a range of possible visual metaphors that might work - a map, a maze, a winding path up a mountain, or a sextant (an instrument used by sailors to navigate ships) could all work.
